Shipping
Delivery Time: We will process and ship your order within 3 working days after receiving your payment. Due to customs clearance and other factors, you are expected to receive your order within 1 to 3 weeks.
Shipping Fee: Free.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you can check the order status on our website. If you need more detailed logistics information, you can use the tracking number we provide to track on the courier company's official website.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the color of the item received or the size is not suitable and you wish to exchange it, you may return the item to us. We will re-ship the item to you according to your new requirements. Please note: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and all tags and labels must be intact.
Shipping Fee: The cost of returning the item is borne by you. The cost of re-shipping is borne by us.

Return and refund policy for items without quality issues
If the item itself has no quality issues, but you decide not to use the item received, as long as you return it within 30 days, we will refund your payment. Please note: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and all tags and labels must be intact.

The following situations allow you to apply for a refund without returning the item:

B. Item quality issues
C. Item damaged during transportation
D. Item not received within 30 days
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected], including your order number, reason for return, and a description of the item you wish to return. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the Item: Carefully package the item to be returned, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Return the package to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining a tracking number and insurance for the returned item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
After we receive the item:
Exchange Processing: If your exchange request is approved, we will re-ship the item to you within 3 working days. A new tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 3 working days. Please note that our payment processor may take some time to process and send the refund.
